The New Mexico Military Museum Foundation, Inc. helps advance the New Mexico Military Museum by providing private resources to achieve and maintain a broad range of activities that support New Mexico’s premier military museum. An IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, the Foundation’s responsibilities in support of the New Mexico Military Museum include developing, promoting and enhancing the programs of the Museum; soliciting and providing private gifts and grants in support of the Museum’s highest priorities; and receiving, managing, distributing and investing private contributions exclusively for the benefit of the New Mexico Military Museum and its programs. Contributions to the Foundation are tax deductible.
The New Mexico Military Museum is proudly operated by the New Mexico National Guard. It brings the military history of New Mexico to the public and honors all New Mexicans who have served and contributed as members of the U.S. Army, U.S. Army National Guard, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Air Force National Guard and U.S. Coast Guard.
